ARTICLE 1 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made on the website operated under the Leevna brand. They are permanently available on the website and may be provided to customers on request.
For every order placed, acceptance of these terms is mandatory. The customer acknowledges acceptance by ticking the dedicated box and or clicking the relevant button before completing the purchase.
Order confirmation by the customer constitutes acceptance of the version of these terms applicable on the order date.
ARTICLE 2 - PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The website offers products for sale online, including wellness and related consumer products presented on the site as the "Products".
Each Product is presented with a description highlighting its essential characteristics. Photographs and visuals are intended to illustrate the Products as accurately as possible, but are not contractual.
When required, usage instructions are available on the website and or provided upon delivery. Products are marketed in accordance with the legal standards applicable in France.
ARTICLE 3 - ORDERS PLACED ON THE WEBSITE
We make every effort to ensure Product availability, subject to existing stock.
If a Product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be informed by email as soon as possible and may choose between an equivalent product, if available, or a refund of the sums paid for the unavailable Product.
The refund will be made no later than fourteen (14) days after confirmation of unavailability and the chosen solution, unless a different legal or technical constraint applies.
Except as otherwise stated in these terms and without prejudice to the legal right of withdrawal, orders become firm and final once payment has been validated.
ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT METHODS
The customer acknowledges that placing an order on the website creates a payment obligation.
No cash on delivery payment is offered or accepted. Payment is made exclusively online at checkout using the payment methods available at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to verify payment authenticity before shipment in order to prevent fraud.
Available payment methods may include, depending on availability at checkout, bank cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Apple Pay, PayPal and Klarna.
ARTICLE 5 - PRICE PAYMENT
Product prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery in France is free. No shipping charge is invoiced to the customer when placing the order.
Where a promotion is active, the promotional price applies to all eligible orders placed during the announced promotional period.
The total amount becomes payable upon order confirmation. The amount due and its breakdown are shown before final validation.
ARTICLE 6 - FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
The contract between us and the customer is concluded as soon as the customer confirms the order through the checkout process.
This confirmation results from a "double-click" process: the customer selects Products, reviews the cart, accepts the terms, then proceeds to online payment.
We keep secure records of orders and invoices as reliable proof of the contract.
Cancellation before shipment: the customer may request cancellation as soon as possible by email at contact@leevna.com stating the order number. If the order has not yet been shipped and cancellation is technically possible, we will use our best efforts to cancel it and refund the amounts paid.
Order already shipped: once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. The customer may then exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with ARTICLE 9.
Cancellation by us: we may cancel or refuse an order, including in cases of payment refusal, payment incident, suspected fraud, Product unavailability or obviously incorrect information. In such cases, the sums paid will be refunded within fourteen (14) days unless the original payment method imposes a technical constraint.
ARTICLE 7 - RETENTION OF TITLE
We retain full ownership of the Products ordered on the website until payment of the full price has been received.
ARTICLE 8 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The online offers presented on the website are intended for consumers residing in France and for deliveries within France.
Delivery means the transfer to the customer of physical possession or control of the Product.
- Delivery area: France only.
- Shipping fees: free delivery.
- Processing: orders are prepared Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, within an estimated 1 to 2 business days. Indicative cut-off time: 2:00 PM Paris time.
- Transit: estimated 5 to 10 business days, with delivery possible Monday to Saturday depending on the carrier.
- Total estimate: 6 to 12 business days. These timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors.
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer. The customer is responsible for checking the accuracy of this address. We cannot be held liable if an incorrect address prevents or delays delivery.
At delivery, the customer must check that the Products comply with the order and that the parcel is not damaged. In case of an issue, the customer should make reservations where possible and contact us promptly with photos.
ARTICLE 9 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If a delivered Product does not fully satisfy the customer, it may be returned. The customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt to exercise the legal right of withdrawal.
In accordance with Article L.221-21 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may be exercised by an unambiguous statement, such as an email or letter. A model withdrawal form may be used but is not mandatory.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer except where the Product is defective, non-conforming, damaged on arrival or a preparation error is attributable to us.
Exceptions provided by Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code apply and may prevent the exercise of the right of withdrawal, including for certain sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once opened.
The returned Product must be in a condition suitable for resale, unused and accompanied by accessories where relevant. The return parcel must contain the customer's full contact details, order number and, where possible, a copy of the invoice.
Refunds will be made within fourteen (14) days from recovery of the Product or receipt of proof of shipment of the Product, whichever occurs first, using the same payment method unless technically impossible.
ARTICLE 10 - CUSTOMER SERVICE
The customer may contact our customer service by phone at +33 7 80 94 16 12, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or by email at contact@leevna.com, stating their name, the subject of the request and the order number where applicable.
ARTICLE 11 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND WEBSITE USE LICENSE
We are the sole owner of all elements available on the website, including texts, images, videos, logos, trademarks, visual identity, databases and site structure, protected by French and international intellectual property laws.
No element of the website may be modified, reproduced, copied, duplicated, sold, transmitted, published, communicated, distributed, broadcast, stored or otherwise exploited without our prior express written authorization.
ARTICLE 12 - LIABILITY AND LEGAL GUARANTEES
We cannot be held liable for failure to perform caused by the customer, a force majeure event or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.
The website and services may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates or technical improvements.
Independently of any commercial warranty, the Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects under French law.
When acting under the legal guarantee of conformity, the customer benefits from a two-year period from delivery to act, may choose repair or replacement subject to the statutory conditions, and is exempt from proving the existence of the lack of conformity during the statutory period.
After notification, return instructions, including the return address, will be provided. Except in the event of a defect, non-conformity, damage on arrival or preparation error attributable to us, return costs are borne by the customer.

ARTICLE 14 - HYPERTEXT LINKS
Hyperlinks available on the website may direct users to third-party sites not published by us. They are provided for convenience only, and we are not responsible for their content.
ARTICLE 15 - REFERENCES
Unless expressly refused, the customer authorizes us to refer to their first and last name in communication materials, including the display of reviews, in compliance with applicable law.
ARTICLE 16 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
Entire agreement: these Terms of Sale constitute the entire agreement between the customer and us. If any provision is declared invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.
Review verification procedure: we aim to preserve the integrity and authenticity of reviews published on the website. Reviews may be moderated based on relevance, absence of inappropriate language and compliance with legal and ethical guidelines. We may display both positive and negative reviews when they meet these criteria.
Bloctel: customers in France may register on Bloctel at https://www.bloctel.gouv.fr/.
Complaint and mediation: in case of dispute, the customer should first contact customer service at contact@leevna.com or by phone at +33 7 80 94 16 12. If no amicable solution is reached, the customer may refer the matter to CM2C, the consumer mediation center, and may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Applicable law: these Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
Acceptance: the customer acknowledges having carefully read and accepted these Terms of Sale.
