Shipping fees

Shipping is free. No shipping charge is billed to the customer at checkout.

Delivery area and destination

Delivery destination: orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

Delivery area: we currently deliver within France only.

Order cut-off time and processing time

  • Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (UTC+01:00, Paris time).
  • Processing time: 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Practical rule: an order placed before 2:00 PM on a business day may enter processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are generally processed on the next business day.
  • Weekends and public holidays: no preparation is carried out. Transit and final delivery remain subject to the carrier's schedule.

Transit time and total estimated delivery time

Delivery times shown on the website are expressed in business days and include processing, dispatch and carrier transit. The estimated delivery time is calculated from the time the order is received, the processing time and the stated transit time. Public holidays may affect the estimate.

  • Carrier transit time: 5 to 10 business days.
  • Carrier delivery days: Monday to Saturday.
  • Total estimated delivery time: 6 to 12 business days, including processing and transit.

In accordance with our Terms of Sale, delivery takes place no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of the order unless a different timeframe is clearly stated on the product page. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, strikes, inspections or peak periods.

Shipping process and tracking

Orders are shipped through partner carriers depending on the destination and the parcel type.

  • Preparation and handover to the carrier: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Transit and delivery: Monday to Saturday, depending on the carrier's practices.

Changes to the delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to modify it.

Order cancellation policy

If you change your mind before receiving your order, cancellations are accepted at any time before shipment, ideally within 12 hours after placing the order. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it can no longer be canceled for logistical reasons.

Lost or damaged parcels

Damaged parcel: upon delivery, the customer should check the condition of the parcel and the conformity of the product. In the event of an issue, please note reservations where possible on the delivery receipt and contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the parcel and product, and a description of the issue.

Lost parcel: if the tracking indicates an anomaly or if the parcel has not been received within an abnormal time, please contact us promptly. We will open an investigation with the carrier and offer an appropriate solution based on the result.

For return, exchange and refund conditions, please consult our Refund Policy and our Terms of Sale. Specific conditions may apply depending on the condition of the product, original packaging and accessories.
