Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Leevna. We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, undamaged, complete with all accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or order number.
To start a return, contact our team at contact@leevna.com and include your order number and the reason for your return. If the product is defective, damaged or not as ordered, please attach photos.
If your return is accepted, we will confirm eligibility and send you the shipping instructions and return address. Please place the product back in its packaging with all accessories and include your full contact details, your order number and, if possible, a copy of the invoice.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including in the event of withdrawal, unless the return results from a defective product, a non-conforming item, a product damaged on arrival or a preparation error attributable to us. No restocking fee is charged.
Specific return and refund conditions
- Change of mind withdrawal: you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days after receipt provided the product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs remain at your expense.
- Defective items: if you receive a defective product, contact our customer service ideally within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will cover the return costs and provide a replacement or a refund.
- Damaged items: if the product arrives damaged, send us photos of the damage within 48 hours after delivery. We will review the case and cover the return costs where the damage is confirmed.
- Incorrect item received: if you receive a product different from the one ordered, contact us promptly. We will cover the return costs and make sure you receive the correct item.
- Item not received: if your product never arrived, contact us so that we can open an investigation with the carrier. We will offer an appropriate solution, including a full refund or replacement depending on the outcome.
- Cancellation after ordering: you may cancel your order before shipment by contacting us as quickly as possible at contact@leevna.com. If the order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may exercise your right of withdrawal after receipt.
Policy for damaged or defective items
For damaged or defective items, contact our customer service ideally within 48 hours, or as soon as you discover the issue. Please send photos of the defect or damage together with your order number. We will inspect the item and, if the defect or non-conformity is confirmed, we will cover the return costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
Policy for non-damaged items
You may return an unused and undamaged product within 14 days after receipt. It must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility.
This policy does not apply to customized items or unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for new products only, within 14 days after delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. The fastest way to obtain the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new product. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative solution such as an equivalent product or a refund.
To request an exchange, contact us at contact@leevna.com and include your order number, the item concerned, the requested exchange and, where relevant, photos if the product is defective or damaged.
Deadlines
- Withdrawal notice period: your request must be sent within 14 days after receiving the product.
- Return shipment deadline: the product must be sent back no later than 14 days after you send your withdrawal request.
- Refund deadline: the refund will be processed within 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. It may be deferred until we receive the returned product or proof of shipment, whichever occurs first. Additional bank processing time may apply.
- Refund conditions: a refund is approved if the product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Refunds for defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered products are approved after inspection.
- Refund amount: for a valid withdrawal, the product price and the initial standard delivery charge are refunded. Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is attributable to us.
- Refund method: refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase unless technically impossible.
